Oribula 1.0

The first release of Oribula for Mac. Give your files an organized home, connect it to your AI assistant, and keep it in good shape, all from one app.

• A guided setup takes you from download to your first filed document, one step at a time.
• Your Oribula folder lives on this Mac or in iCloud Drive, with its own folder icons in Finder.
• Ready-to-copy instructions and nine core skills, including Welcome, Checkpoint, Resume, and Wrap Up, connect Oribula to Claude.
• The Summary shows each Oribula folder at a glance, and follows a folder you move or rename.
• The health check shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what was skipped. A skipped check never shows as passed.
• Repair brings back missing folders and folder icons, and helps you restore your Finder favorites.
• Knowledge Sync keeps a copy of your knowledge in iCloud Drive or a folder you choose, even when the app is closed. Knowledge marked sensitive stays out unless you turn it on.
• Optimize Storage moves archive folders you haven’t used in months to an external drive. Every copy is checked before anything moves, and the originals go to the Trash only after you confirm.
• Export saves your Oribula setup as a zip file or an encrypted disk image. Restore brings it back, with a preview first and an undo after.
• Update brings your Oribula folder up to date and shows you what will change first.
• Oribula never writes inside your Projects or Areas, and never deletes your files.

Requires macOS 26 Tahoe or later on a Mac with Apple silicon, and a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan.
